The MCA committee are very sad to share the news that Neil Harris has passed away. Neil was one of the founding members of the Manchester Claims Association and was still actively involved despite his retirement in 2013. Neil had a range of outside interests in which he was always involved, from CAMRA (a founding member) to “The Gourmet Trekkers”. Neil spent his retirement in his beloved Wales.
